1 ) Carbs Intake Reduction
Carbohydrates mean sugars, starches, and fiber in food. If you consume fewer Carbohydrates then in turn it will reduce your calorie consumptions, It is necessary to continue this process for a few days, as your body will slowly start burning the stored fat.
How to reduce carb intake?
- Cut consumption of Sugar & products with added Sugar.
- Reduce Bread, Brown rice Intake.
- Cut Potatoes Consumption.
- Fruit juice elimination.
- Avoid intake of Soft drinks, corns.
- Eat Eggs as it contains low low carb. Eggs do not raise blood sugar and have no fiber.
- Reduce intake of Veggies like Split peas, Lentils, Beans, Broccoli, Turnip greens, Carrots, Cauliflower, Barley, Oatmeal.
- Reduce intake of fruits like Apple, Orange, Banana, Strawberries.
2 ) Protein Consumption
Protein is found almost in all parts of our body, like hair, skin, muscle, tissues & muscle. Protein is important for weight loss. It also helps in the burning of calories by improving the function of Metabolism.
Metabolism is what, the chemical reaction of the body’s cells that converts the food into energy.
Daily protein consumption between 1.6 to 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram will help to reduce weight. Protein gives us satiety, does not give a feel of hunger which in turn we consume less or keeps our cravings away.
3 ) Eat Fibrous Foods
Fiber-containing foods can increase the feeling of fullness so that you tend to have less food. Losing weight means consumption of fewer calories than you normally consume. Fiber takes time to digest.
Fiber is one of the best & plant-based food, it improves heart health, gut health & may keep you away from Diabetes. It regulates blood pressure and cholesterol, reduces coronary diseases, and keeps your body healthy.

Exercise burns the calories, gives a good shape or tone to the body, makes muscles strong, increases our stamina, makes the belly fat, improves blood circulation, improves our self-confidence, but still, alone exercise is not the effective way to lose weight.
Walking, jogging, cycling, physical exercise for at least 30 minutes, etc. are helpful on the journey of weight loss.
7 ) Drink More Water
It is assumed that water is an appetite suppressant because it gives us feeling of stomach full, which in turn we eat fewer nutrients or calories. Water increases the proportion of calories burning.
Water is helpful to stimulate metabolism and energy expenditure to burn fat and reduce weight, but eventually, water does not give more impact on our target of weight loss.

- Have a cup of Tea & Coffee that contains caffeine, which boosts metabolism.
